How do I place an order?

We take all orders via email.  Simply send an email with your order details to laura@inkelves.co.uk.  We will reply with a turnaround time as soon as possible.

 

How quickly can you turn around my order?

For most types of content, we provide a 3 working day turnaround time.  Large orders may take longer depending on current demand. Our blogger outreach service takes longer than this, but we will keep you up to date with the order process.

 

Can you take care of my urgent article?

If you have an order you need turning around in 24 hours or less, don’t worry!  We may* be able to help!  Please email us with the details and we will reply to you as soon as we can.

*Please note, our urgent service does cost slightly more, and we may not be able to help during especially busy times.

 

Can we set up a phone call?

Yes, you can.  Please email us to confirm a suitable time, and we will contact you.  Please note, we do prefer to receive all order information via email.

 

Where are your writers and editors from?

Our writers are from the UK, US and Canada, however some are expats living in sunny destinations.  Both of our editors are British, but well versed with US English as well as UK.

 

How much do you charge?

Our prices vary depending on the type of content that you require.  However, because we have a small team, you may find that we are a lot more affordable than you are used to.  Our rates for content start at £3/100 words (inclusive of VAT).
